Eligibility window & condition

  • Request a return within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.
  • Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags, liners, and packaging intact (including branded bags and size stickers).
  • Ensure items are free from odors, deodorant marks, pet hair, stains, or alterations. Safety/brand tags removed may void eligibility.
  • Bundles must be returned complete. Partial bundle returns may be refunded pro‑rata at our discretion.

Because our drops are limited, availability for replacements isn’t guaranteed. See Exchanges below.

How to start a return

  1. Locate your order number. You’ll find it in your confirmation email or packing slip.
  2. Email [email protected] with:
    • Order number and name
    • Item(s) you want to return
    • Reason for return (size, change of mind, defect, etc.)
    • For defects: clear photos of the issue and packaging
  3. Wait for approval and instructions. We’ll reply within 1 business day with a return authorization and label options.
  4. Pack securely. Use original packaging where possible. Include the RA number inside the parcel.
  5. Ship back. Keep your drop‑off receipt and tracking until the refund is complete.

Exchanges

Due to limited weekly drops and fast sell‑through, we can’t guarantee direct size exchanges. The fastest way to secure a different size or color is:

  1. Place a new order for the item you want.
  2. Return your original item for a refund following the steps above.

If stock exists at the time of your request, we’ll try to arrange an exchange, but availability is not guaranteed.

Refunds & processing times

  • Once your return is delivered to us, inspections take 1–3 business days.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take 3–10 business days to post the credit.
  • Original shipping fees are non‑refundable unless we made an error.
  • If items arrive not in original condition, we may approve a partial refund or send the item back to you.

Non‑returnable items

  • Final sale or clearance items (marked on product page at checkout)
  • Gift cards and store credit
  • Worn, washed, altered, or used items
  • Items returned without authorization or past the return window

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll prioritize a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label when applicable.

Return shipping costs

  • Change of mind/size: you may use your own trackable carrier, or request a prepaid label. If you use our label, a flat $8.95 will be deducted from your refund for U.S. returns.
  • Our error/defect: we cover return shipping or issue a full replacement/refund.

International returns

  • Initiate returns within 14 days of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping and any customs clearance.
  • Duties/taxes paid to your local customs are non‑refundable through us. For refunds of duties/taxes, please consult your local customs authority.

Order changes & cancellations

  • To edit or cancel an order, email [email protected] as soon as possible. We process drops quickly; once shipped, we cannot cancel.
  • Wrong address: we can update addresses before fulfillment starts. If undeliverable and returned to sender, we’ll refund the item price minus any carrier fees.
  • Pre‑orders: cancellation is possible prior to shipment. Timelines will be noted on the product page.

All products sold by EE Basketball Shorts are authenticated and inspired by modern court culture. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official retailer of Eric Emanuel. Brand names are used for descriptive purposes only.
