Order Processing

  • Standard processing time: 1–2 business days.
  • Limited/High‑demand drops: please allow 2–4 business days.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET process the next business day.
  • No processing on weekends or U.S. holidays.

Heads up: Processing time is separate from courier transit time. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.

U.S. Shipping

Domestic orders ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service selection.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide to most destinations including CA, UK, EU, AU and more. Delivery estimates vary by country and customs clearance.

  • Express Courier: 3–7 business days

Duties & Taxes

International orders are usually shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Local VAT/GST, duties, and handling fees are collected by the carrier or customs and are the recipient’s responsibility.

If your country restricts textile imports or requires additional documentation, your order may experience delays. Please track your shipment and contact your local customs office if needed.

Tracking & Order Status

  • Tracking is emailed when your label is created. Updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
  • Status “Label Created” means the package is awaiting the first carrier scan.
  • Use the tracking link to receive SMS/email updates from the carrier.
  • Didn’t get a tracking email? Check spam, then contact support.

Address Changes & Cancellations

  • Address edits or cancellations are possible before fulfillment begins. We move fast—contact support ASAP.
  • Once shipped, we cannot guarantee an address change. A carrier intercept (if available) may incur a fee.
  • Incorrect/insufficient addresses may cause delays or returns. Reshipment costs may apply.

Delivery Issues: Lost, Stolen, or Damaged

Lost or delayed

  • No scan movement for 7 business days? Contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
  • Marking “Delivered” but not received: first check with neighbors/building staff and allow 24 hours; then contact us.

Damaged items

  • Report within 14 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
  • Keep all materials until your claim is resolved.

Undeliverable or refused packages returned to us may incur return shipping fees. Original shipping charges are non‑refundable.

Special Notes for Limited Drops

  • Drop days can see high order volume; processing windows may extend.
  • Preorder or made-to-order items will include dispatch estimates on the product page.
  • We may split-ship to get in‑stock items to you faster; you’ll only be charged once for shipping.
